Application and research progress of molecular detection techniques in the diagnosis of childhood tuberculosis

• 摘要：结核病（Tuberculosis,TB）是全球范围内的重大公共卫生问题，儿童结核病的诊断面临诸多挑战。分子检测技术凭借快速、高灵敏度、高特异度等优势，显著提升了结核病诊断效率。本文系统综述了核酸扩增技术、线性探针技术、质谱技术及高通量测序技术等在儿童结核病诊断中的应用现状和研究进展，分析其原理、优势及局限性，旨在为儿童结核病的诊断提供新的思路和方法，以期提高儿童结核病的诊断率，为儿童结核病的早期发现、及时治疗和预防控制提供帮助。

  Abstract: Tuberculosis(TB) is a significant global public health issue, and the diagnosis of childhood tuberculosis faces many challenges. Molecular detection techniques, with their advantages of speed, high sensitivity, and high specificity, have been widely used in tuberculosis diagnosis. This paper reviews the application progress of various molecular detection techniques in the diagnosis of childhood tuberculosis, including nucleic acid amplification detection techniques, next-generation sequencing techniques, and linear probe techniques. By elaborating on the principles, characteristics, advantages, and the current application status and research progress of these techniques in the diagnosis of childhood tuberculosis, this paper aims to provide new ideas and methods for the diagnosis of childhood tuberculosis, with the expectation of improving the diagnosis rate of childhood tuberculosis and offering support for its early detection, timely treatment, and prevention.
