Research progress on environmental factors of autism spectrum disorders in children

• 摘要：儿童孤独症谱系障碍(Autism Spectrum Disorders, ASD)是一种童年早期起病的神经发育障碍,近年来ASD的患病率明显增加,严重影响着儿童的身心健康发展和人口素质。越来越多的国内外研究聚焦于儿童ASD的病因及发病机制,为ASD儿童提供有效的干预治疗,改善预后提供思路。因孤独症的病因复杂,受基因与环境的交互作用。本文将从环境因素方面综述儿童孤独症谱系障碍的研究进展。研究ASD的环境因素有助于揭示其病因和发病机制，为早期干预和预防提供科学依据，具有重要的公共卫生意义。

  Abstract: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)is a neurodevelopmental disorder that begins in early childhood. In recent years, the prevalence of ASD has increased significantly, which seriously affects the physical and mental health development and the quality of the population of children. More and more researches at home and abroad are focusing on the etiology and pathogenesis of ASD, providing effective intervention therapy for children with ASD and improving the prognosis. Due to the complex etiology of ASD, it is influenced by the interaction between genes and the environment. This article reviews the progress in the etiology of ASD from the perspective of environmental factors. Understanding the environmental factors that related to the occurrence and development of autism spectrum disorders, in order to providing ideas and basis for in-depth research and clinical diagnosis of ASD.
