Recent advances in clinical application of ankle-brachial index

• 摘要：:在当前人口老龄化的时代背景下,动脉硬化已成为中老年人健康的重要威胁,而踝臂指数作为一项评估动脉硬化程度的关键指标,因其操作简便、结果可靠且对人体无害,已逐渐得到医学界的广泛关注。相关研究表明,踝臂指数与缺血性脑卒中、糖尿病和心血管疾病等多种疾病密切相关,能够为临床医生提供有价值的预警信息。本文将重点探讨踝臂指数的定义、测量方法及其在临床实践中的重要意义,旨在为中老年人群体的健康管理提供更多的参考依据。

  Abstract: Under the background of the aging population, arteriosclerosis has become an important threat to the health of middle-aged and elderly people, and ankle brachial index is a key index to evaluate the degree of arteriosclerosis. Because of its simple operation, reliable results and harmless to human body, it has gradually been widely concerned by the medical community. Related studies show that ankle brachial index is closely related to ischemic stroke, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and other diseases, which can provide valuable warning information for clinicians. This article will focus on the definition of ankle-brachial index, measurement methods and its important significance in clinical practice, in order to provide more reference for the health management of middle-aged and elderly population.
