摘要:目的:探讨我国中老年人口受教育程度和健康状况之间的相关关系,研究健康行为和社会经济状况的中介效应。方法:利用2018年中国健康与养老追踪调查(CHARLS)的数据,以15691名45岁及以上中老年人为研究对象,采用PLS-SEM模型和逐步回归方法研究受教育程度对健康的影响。结果:我国中老年人口健康状况总体随受教育程度的提高而越好,通过健康行为、社会经济状况影响健康的中介效应分别是0.017、0.080。教育主要对心理健康和日常生活自理能力有积极促进作用,不同健康行为和社会经济状况对躯体健康、心理健康、日常生活自理能力的影响不同。结论:教育对中老年人口健康产生显著的正向影响,并通过健康行为和社会经济状况发挥间接效用;教育通过健康行为、社会经济状况影响健康状况的路径存在差异性;在受教育程度相同背景下,个体特征和地区特征会影响其健康状况。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the correlation between education level and health status of middle-aged and elderly population in China, and to study the mediating effect of health behavior and socioeconomic status. Methods: 15,691 case of middle-aged and elderly people aged over 45 years were extracted from the 2018 data from the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) to create nationally representative estimates. Based on the PLS-SEM model and stepwise regression method, we study the effects of education on health. Results: The health status of middle-aged and elderly population in China was better with the improvement of education level. The mediating effect of health behavior and social and economic status on health was 0.017 and 0.080 respectively. Education has a positive effect on mental health and daily living abilities. Different health behaviors and socioeconomic status have different effects on physical health, mental health and daily living abilities. Conclusion: Education has a significant positive impact on the health of the middle-aged and elderly population, and plays an indirect role through health behavior and socioeconomic status. There are differences in the ways that education affects health through health behavior and socioeconomic status. At the same level of education, individual characteristics and regional characteristics affect health status.
