Advances in the treatment of osteopenia-seropathic obesity syndrome in the elderly

• 摘要：目前老龄化加剧,与之而来的与身体成分和衰老相关的疾病,例如骨质疏松、肌肉减少症、肥胖等疾病日益增多,而当老年人“三病共存”时则会导致活动能力下降和不良后果,包括进行性残疾和死亡率、住院率增加。骨量-肌量减少性肥胖综合征的概念于2014年首次提出,而目前关于骨量-肌量减少性肥胖综合征的诊断标准及影响因素仍处于探索研究阶段。故本文就骨量-肌量减少性肥胖综合征与老年慢性疾病的关系及其治疗进行阐述,旨在为老年患者预防及治疗骨量-肌量减少性肥胖综合征提供参考意见,提高老年人患者的生活质量。

  Abstract: At present, the aging population is intensifying, and the diseases related to body composition and aging, such as osteoporosis, sarcopenia, obesity and other diseases are increasing, and when the elderly three diseases coexist, it will lead to reduced mobility and adverse consequences, including progressive disability and mortality, and increased hospitalization rate. The concept of osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome ewas first proposed in 2014, and the diagnostic criteria and influencing factors of osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome are still in the exploratory research stage. Therefore, this article expounds the influencing factors of osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome and its relationship with chronic diseases in the elderly, aiming to provide reference opinions for the prevention and treatment of osteosarcopenic obesity syndrome in elderly patients and improve the quality of life of elderly patients.
