Research on the path of pioneer culture construction of hospital party members based on 4I theory

• 摘要：医院党员先锋文化为医院改革和发展提供坚强的组织保障，是医院永葆先进性的政治基础，加强党员先锋文化建设符合新时代医院高质量发展的需要。目前，医院党员先锋文化建设存在“行风”专项整治工作缺乏总体布局、党员带头作用发挥不明显和医院先锋教育缺乏教育深度等问题，且医院先锋文化建设氛围不足。本文基于4I管理理论，通过趣味、利益、互动、个性4个方面，对医院党员先锋文化建设展开探讨，助力医院行风建设的先进性发展。

  Abstract: The pioneer culture of party members in the hospital provides a strong organizational guarantee for the reform and development of the hospital, and is the political foundation for the hospital to maintain its advanced nature, and strengthening the construction of the pioneer culture of party members is in line with the needs of the high-quality development of the hospital in the new era. At present, there are some problems in the construction of the pioneer culture of party members in hospitals, such as the lack of overall layout of the special rectification work of work style, the inconspicuous role of party members in taking the lead, and the lack of educational depth in the pioneer education of hospitals, and the lack of atmosphere for the construction of pioneer culture in hospitals. Based on the 4I management theory, this paper discusses the construction of the pioneer culture of party members in hospitals through four aspects: interest, interest, interaction and personality, so as to help the advanced development of the construction of hospital style.
