Exploration of Hospital Book Sharing Mode based on Supply chain Management

• 摘要：目的/意义旨在激活医务工作者手中闲置的家庭图书或存放在医院图书馆中流动率低下的图书资源，使之流动起来，实现在本院甚至更广泛空间的共享，以解决医院图书馆经费缩减以及“重藏轻用”的困境。方法/过程分析现有医院图书共享模式的不足并提出基于“供应链管理”的医院图书共享模式及图书共享平台设计架构。结果/结论讨论基于“供应链管理”的医院图书共享模式意义以及运营过程中需解决的关键性问题。

  Abstract: Purpose/significance It aims to activate the idle family books in the hands of medical workers or the book resources stored in the hospital library with low flow rate, so as to make them flow and realize the sharing in the hospital and even in the wider space. As a result, we can solve the problems of insufficient fund and paying more attention to storage rather than use. Methods/Process Analyze the shortcomings of existing hospital book sharing models and propose a hospital book sharing mode and book sharing platform design architecture based on supply chain management.Results/Conclusion Discuss the significance of the hospital book sharing mode based on supply chain management and the key issues to be resolved during the operation process.
