The Current Situation of the Talent Team Construction in the Information Departments of Public TCM Hospitals in Guangxi

• 摘要：目的/意义 通过分析广西公立中医医院信息化部门人才队伍建设现状，为优化广西中医药信息化人才队伍建设提供参考依据。方法/过程 以2022年广西二级及以上公立中医医院信息化部门人员为研究对象，采用Wilcoxon秩和检验、卡方检验、Spearman相关性分析等分析方法，分析研究对象分布情况。结果/结论 广西二级及以上公立中医医院平均有信息化部门人员4.39人，信息化部门人员占在岗职工的0.80%。广西公立中医医院信息化部门人才总体配备不足，在各地市分布不均衡，在不同级别医院间的分布也不均衡，三级中医医院的人才结构较优于二级中医医院。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance By analyzing the current status of the talent team construction in the information department of public Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hospitals in Guangxi, it provides a reference basis for optimizing the construction of TCM information talents in Guangxi. Methods/Process Taking the personnel of the information departments of public TCM hospitals at grade II and above in Guangxi in 2022 as the research subjects, this study employs analysis methods such as the Wilcoxon rank sum test, Chi-square test, and Spearman correlation analysis to examine the distribution of the research subjects. Result/Conclusion On average, public TCM hospitals at grade II and above in Guangxi have 4.39 personnel in the information department, which accounts for 0.80% of the on-post staff. There is an overall shortage of talent in the information departments of public TCM hospitals in Guangxi. The distribution of such talent is uneven across different prefecture-level cities and also varies between hospitals of different grades. The personnel structure in the information departments of grade III TCM hospitals is relatively better than that of grade II TCM hospitals.
