Research on the Construction of Medical Health Informatization in Guangxi during the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

• 摘要：“十三五”时期，随着国家健康战略的推进与医药卫生体制改革的深化，相应的医疗健康信息化的要求在日益提高，信息化建设的步伐也得以加快。本文阐述了“十三五”时期广西医疗健康信息化建设方面取得的主要成效，分析了医疗健康信息化建设中存在的主要问题，并从夯实医疗健康信息基础、发展中医医疗健康数字化、加强医疗健康信息人才队伍建设、推进医疗健康“物联网+区块链”建设、保障医疗健康信息安全等五大方面为广西医疗健康信息化发展提出了针对性的建议。

  Abstract: During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, with the advancement of the national health strategy and the deepening of the reform of the medical and health system, the corresponding requirements for medical health informationization are increasing, and the pace of information construction is also accelerated. This paper expounds the main achievements in the construction of medical health information in Guangxi during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of medical health information, and puts forward some targeted suggestions for the development of medical health information in Guangxi from five aspects : consolidating the foundation of medical health information, developing the digitalization of traditional Chinese medicine medical and health, strengthening the construction of medical health information personnel, promoting the construction of medical health Internet of Things + Blockchain and ensuring the safety of medical health information.
