Construction and Practice of Smart Internet Hospital under the Background of Yangtze River Delta Integration

• 摘要：目的/意义针对国家长三角区域医疗一体化的战略部署及长三角示范区协同发展的政策方针，积极整合优质医疗资源保障资源供给、快速提升区域医疗服务水平与质量,设计长三角示范区互联网医院建设架构。方法/过程以“互联网医疗服务平台”、“远程医疗协同平台”以及“数据互联互通平台”的设计为主要着手点。结果/结论依据方案建设长三角(上海)智慧互联网医院,运营效果良好。

  Abstract: Based on the national strategic deployment of medical integration in the Yangtze River Delta region and the requirements of the coordinated development of the Yangtze River Delta demonstration area,the paper designs the construction plan of the Internet hospital in the area of the Yangtze River Delta,including the design of Internet medical service platform、telemedicine collaborative platform and data interconnection platform which can actively integrates high-quality medical resources to ensure resource supply, and rapidly improves the level and quality of regional medical services. The practical effect and development direction were also discussed in this paper.
