The Practice of Smart Librarian Team Construction under the Background of Smart Medical University Library Construction

• 摘要：目的/意义分析国内外智慧馆员研究现状，探究智慧医学院校图书馆建设的背景下智慧馆员团队建设中的关键问题，为医学图书馆的智慧馆员队伍建设提供参考。方法/过程通过分析智慧馆员具备的五大能力、能力建设中存在的问题，探讨智慧医学院校图书馆的智慧馆员转型策略，介绍首都医科大学图书馆智慧馆员团队建设在实践中的探索。结果/结论提出医学院校图书馆智慧馆员队伍建设的核心是馆员能力建设，指出医学院校智慧馆员团队建设的实践之路还处于初级阶段，后续需要关注智慧馆员能力培养标准和评价体系的研究。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance This paper analyzes the research status of smart librarian at home and abroad, explores the key issues in the construction of smart librarian team under the background of the construction of smart medical university library, provides reference for the construction of smart librarians in medical library. Method/Process By analyzing the five capabilities of smart librarians and the problems existing in capacity building, exploring the transformation strategy of smart librarian in smart medical university library, introducing the practice of the construction of the smart librarian team in the library of Capital Medical University. Results/Conclusions This paper puts forward that the core of the construction of smart librarians in medical university libraries is the construction of librarians ability. It is pointed out that the practice of the construction of smart librarian team in medical universities is still in the initial stage. The following needs to pay attention to the cultivation standards and evaluation system of smart librarian ability.
