Research status analysis of patient value co-creation in healthcare service

• 摘要：目的/意义 近年来，医疗领域的价值共创逐渐引起了学术界的关注，但目前关于医疗服务中患者价值共创的研究还较为分散，对于患者价值共创潜在机制的认识还不够深入。本文对医疗服务中患者价值共创的研究现状进行分析，总结现有研究的局限性，为未来研究提供了可参考的方向。 方法/过程 本文主要基于文献分析法和综述法，分别从患者价值共创的行为类型、影响因素、结果3个方面对现有研究成果进行了整理与总结，得出相应的结论。 结果/结论 通过对患者价值共创研究现状进行分析，得出现有研究存在概念内涵不清晰、未形成系统的测量量表、未充分融入互联网医疗环境、研究视角与研究方法等方面的局限，并提出了开发患者价值共创行为测量量表、拓展研究视角、丰富研究方法等未来可能的研究方向。

  Abstract: Purpose/ImplicationIn recent years, value co-creation in the healthcare field has gradually attracted the attention of academic circles, but the current research on patient value co-creation in healthcare service is relatively scattered, and the understanding of potential mechanism of patient value co-creation is insufficient. This paper analyzes the research status of patient value co-creation in the context of healthcare service, summarizes the limitations of existing research, and provides reference directions for future research. Method/Process This paper is mainly based on the literature analysis and the review method, respectively organizes and summarizes the existing research results from three aspects: the behavior types, influencing factors and results of patient value co-creation, and draws corresponding conclusions. Result/Conclusion Through analyzing the research status of patient value co-creation, this paper concludes that the existing research has limitations in terms of unclear concept, without systematic measurement scale, not fully integrated into the environment of Internet medical, as well as the limitations of research perspectives and research methods. This paper also provides possible future research directions such as developing patient value co-creation behavior measurement scale, expanding research perspective, and enriching research method.
