Construction of Mobile Health Intervention Strategy for Elderly Diabetes Patients Based on Behavior

• 摘要：目的：针对当前我国老年糖尿病患者健康管理行为影响因素,构建移动健康干预策略。方法：基于行为理论,结合老年衰弱特征,通过整合跨理论模型、技术接受模型、自决理论以等行为理论模型,构建了移动健康干预对老年糖尿病患者健康行为改变和行为维持的影响因素模型,并基于该模型筛选行为改变技术,构建移动健康干预策略。结果：(1)移动健康干预对老年糖尿病患者的行为改变主要分为行为改变和行为维持两个阶段。其中,行为改变的主要影响因素包括社会人口学特征、疾病程度、周围环境、动机与态度、感知有用性、感知易用性以及自我效能；行为维持的影响因素主要为行为改变满意度以及感知有用性。(2)构建了基于行为改变技术的移动健康干预策略。包括行为目标设定、任务分级、亲朋支持、行为指导、行为反馈等。(3)根据数字健康干预策略提出了老年糖尿病移动医疗APP功能。结论：本文基于行为理论构建移动健康干预策略的方法和过程为移动医疗APP的设计提供了新的思路；提出的影响因素模型和干预策略也为提升老年糖尿病移动医疗APP的质量和效果提供了技术支撑。

  Abstract: Objective: To build a mobile health intervention strategy aiming at the impact factors of the health management behavior of elderly diabetic patients in China. Methods: Based on behavior theory, combined with the characteristics of aging, through the integration of the transtheoretical models, technology acceptance models, self-determination theory and so on, a model of impact factors of mobile health interventions on health behavior change and behavior maintenance of elderly diabetic patients was constructed, and Based on the model, the behavior change techniques are screened to build a mobile health intervention strategy. Results: (1) The behavior change of mobile health intervention on elderly diabetic patients is mainly divided into two stages: behavior change and behavior maintenance. The main impact factors of behavior change include sociodemographic characteristics, disease degree, surrounding environment, motivation and attitude, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and self-efficacy; the impact factors of behavior maintenance are mainly behavior change satisfaction and perceived usefulness. (2) built a mobile health intervention strategy based on behavior change techniques. Including behavior goal setting, task grading, family and friends support, behavior guidance, behavior feedback, etc. (3) According to the digital health intervention strategy, the mobile medical APP function of elderly diabetes is proposed. Conclusion: The method and process of building a health intervention strategy based on behavior theory provide new ideas for the design of mobile medical APP; the proposed impact factor model and intervention strategy also provide technical support for improving the quality and effect of elderly diabetes mobile medical APP .
