Research on the influencing factors of nurses protection of patients privacy in EMR

• 摘要：【目的】电子病历是医院信息化进程中的必然趋势,但其为医疗服务带来正面影响的同时给电子病历中患者隐私的保护提出新的挑战。基于行为科学视角,应用TPB等行为理论构建结构方程模型,进行实证检验,探究护理人员对电子病历患者隐私保护行为的影响因素和影响路径。【方法】采用偶遇抽样法发放调查问卷，根据数据的正态性和结构模型的结构，选取偏最小二乘法（PLS）、Smart-PLS 2.0软件对数据进行分析。【结果】感知严重性对行为态度有正向影响，感知脆弱性对行为态度影响不显著；行为态度和知觉行为控制对行为意向有正向影响，主观规范对行为意向影响不显著。【结论】推测影响不显著的可能原因，根据检验结果提出促进护理人员保护行为的建议。

  Abstract: Objective Electronic medical records are in trend of inevitability trend in the process of hospital informatization. However, at the same time, it presents new challenges to the protection of patient privacy in EMR. Based on the perspective of behavioral science, this study applies TPB and other behavioral theories to construct the structural equation model. Make an empirical test of the structural model with influencing factors of nurses behavior to protect patients privacy in EMR. Method Accidental sampling the questionnaire survey was conducted with. According to latent constructs with non-normality and the structure model, we empirically validated the proposed model using partial least squares (PLS), supported by Smart-PLS 2.0 software. Results Structural equation modeling identified that perceived severity significantly predicted the nurses’ behavioral attitude. The factors of behavioral attitude and perceived behavioral control significantly predicted the nurses’ behavioral intention. Perceived vulnerability and subjective norm is not remarkable effect. Conclusions Speculate the reasons for the insignificant impact, put forward suggestions to promote nurses protection behavior.
