Research on Countermeasures for the Development of Internet Medical Services from the Perspective of Patient Satisfaction

• 摘要：文章在厘清互联网医疗服务和患者满意度等有关概念的基础上,对互联网医疗服务现状进行概述,深入探讨了当前互联网医疗服务领域在患者满意度视角下所存在的问题,进而为互联网医疗服务的发展提出对策建议。

  Abstract: On the basis of clarifying related concepts such as Internet medical services and patient satisfaction, the article gives an overview of the current situation of Internet medical services, discusses in depth the problems in the field of Internet medical services from the perspective of patient satisfaction, and then proposes countermeasures for the development of Internet medical services.
