Research On Performance Evaluation Framework Of Major Medical Research Projects

• 摘要：通过分析医学重大科研项目实施绩效评价的意义和作用，借鉴国内外科技项目评价理论和实践研究成果，结合我国医学科研工作实际，确定医学重大科研项目评价原则，提出从领先水平科技成果、人才培养和引进、团队建设、协同创新、国际合作与交流、科技成果转化维度开展项目实施相关评估，并设计医学重大科研项目评价体系框架。

  Abstract: This paper expounds the significance and role of performance evaluation of major medical research projects. Based on the theory and practice research results of science and technology project evaluation at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of medical research in China, the evaluation principles of major medical research projects were determined. The evaluation of project implementation was carried out from the aspects of leading scientific and technological achievements, talent cultivation and introduction, team building, collaborative innovation, international cooperation and exchange, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements Objective to evaluate the system framework.
