Research on The Influence Factors of Online Health Community’s Information Usefulness Evaluation

• 摘要：本文基于某在线健康社区的客观数据,探讨在线健康社区信息有用性评价的影响因素。结果表明,文本长度、回答者可信度正向影响在线健康社区信息有用性评价；信息及时性负向影响在线健康社区信息有用性评价；外部激励正向调节信息质量与在线健康信息有用性评价之间的关系。

  Abstract: Based on an objective dataset collected from an online health community, this paper discusses the influencing factors of information usefulness evaluation of online health community. The results show that text length and respondents credibility have a positive impact on online health community information usefulness evaluation, and information timeliness has a negative impact on online health community information usefulness evaluation, and extrinsic motivators positively moderates the relationship between information quality and online health information usefulness evaluation.
