A study on Diseases Classification and Modelof the SNOMED CT

• 摘要：本研究介绍了系统化医学术语—临床术语集（Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms, SNOMED CT，以下简称SCT）的概念及其应用，系统总结了SCT的疾病分类及疾病概念模型的特征要素，即“发病部位”、“发病原因”、“疾病诊断与判断相关”、“发病临床过程”、“发病时间”、“组合”相关的六类疾病定义模式，得出对我国中医疾病概念模型开发的启示，旨在为我国中医疾病术语集的构建提供参考，更好地发挥术语标准对中医信息化临床科研工作的支撑作用。

  Abstract: This study introduces the concept and application of Systematic Nomenclature of Medicine Clinical Terms (SNOMED CT, hereinafter referred to as SCT), systematically summarizes the disease classification of SCT and the characteristic elements of disease conceptual model, namely location of onset, cause of onset, correlation between disease diagnosis and judgment, clinical process of onset, time of onset and combination six types of Diseases Definition Patterns, draw the enlightenment to the development of TCM disease conceptual model in China, in order to provide reference for the construction of TCM disease glossary in China, and supply better effect to the supporting role of terminology standards in TCM information clinical scientific research.
