Analysis of the Practices of Web-Based Advance Care Planning in the United States and Its Enlightenment

• 摘要：分析美国基于互联网的预立医疗照护计划（ACP）实践特性，PREPARE特征体现在易用性和激励与教育用户思考和讨论ACP的过程；MyDirectives特征体现在尊重用户的个性化需求，且为创建、修改和共享ACP提供了便利。继而以选择与尊严网站为例，从人文视角分析其可能的局限性，提出我国基于互联网的ACP实践建议，包括突出为个体及代理人知情决策赋能的过程，关照弱势群体信息获取与利用特征，以用户的个性化需求为中心，开发适用于不同群体的ACP过程。

  Abstract: Analyzing the web-based advance care planning practice in the United States, PREPARE features its ease of use and emphasizes motivating and educating users to think and discuss the advance care planning (ACP) process. MyDirectives features respecting the users personal needs and makes it easy for users to create, modify, and share ACPs. Taking the Choice-and-Dignity website as an example, this paper analyzes its possible limitations from a humanistic perspective and puts forward suggestions on the construction of web-based ACP practices in China, including highlighting the process of enabling individuals and their agents to make informed decisions, taking care of the characteristics of information acquisition and utilization of vulnerable groups, focusing on the users personalized needs and developing different ACP processes and texts that apply to different groups.
