Research Progress of Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases and Predictive Analysis of Its Quality Markers (Q-Marker)

• 摘要：摘要：温胆汤是中医经典化痰名方，现代医学研究发现其具有降脂、降血压、抗炎等作用，因此临床上常用于治疗冠心病、心律失常、高血压、失眠等疾病。本文通过论述温胆汤的化学成分、药理作用、治疗心系疾病的研究，并基于Q-Marker五大原则，揭示了柚皮苷、橙皮苷、甘草苷、6-姜酚、甘草酸、川陈皮素、新橙皮苷、柚皮素、橙皮素作为其质量标志物，但仍需后续实验验证其真实性，以期为温胆汤的质量评价提供依据。

  Abstract: Wendan Decoction is a classic renowned phlegm-resolving prescription in traditional Chinese medicine. Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that it exerts a variety of pharmacological effects, including lipid-lowering, antihypertensive and anti-inflammatory activities. Accordingly, it is widely applied in clinical practice for the treatment of coronary heart disease, arrhythmia, hypertension, insomnia and other disorders. This paper elaborates on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Wendan Decoction, as well as the research advances in its treatment of cardiac diseases. Based on the five principles of Quality Marker (Q-Marker), this study identifies naringin, hesperidin, liquiritin, 6-gingerol, glycyrrhizic acid, nobiletin, neohesperidin, naringenin and hesperetin as the quality markers of Wendan Decoction. Nevertheless, subsequent experimental verification is still required to confirm their authenticity, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of Wendan Decoction.
