Research progress of the serum biomarkers in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

• 摘要：新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)是一种围产期窒息缺氧导致新生儿脑部损伤的常见疾病。目前针对HIE诊断和预后主要基于临床表现、影像学及电生理检查。但是受这些检查的时间限制,使得一些患儿错过早期有效的亚低温治疗。因此,越来越多的研究聚焦于探索可在疾病早期便于获取的生物标志物。本文综合阐述了新生儿HIE相关血清生物标志物,藉此早期识别新生儿脑损伤,指导临床决策,改善预后。

  Abstract: Neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) is a general neonatal brain injury disease because of perinatal asphyxia or hypoxia. At present, the diagnosis and prognosis of HIE are mainly based on clinical manifestations, imageological examination and electrophysiological detection. But the time for examination would miss the early and effective mild hypothcrima for children. As a result, more and more research is focusing on the search for biomarkers that can be available early in the disease.In this paper,various serum biomarkers of neonates with HIE were comprehensively described so as to identify neonatal brain injury early, guide clinical decision and improve the prognosis.
