Exploring the Mechanism and Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B Based on the MAPK Signaling Pathway

• 摘要：乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)是严重威胁人类健康的全球性公共卫生问题,其发病机制复杂,长期发展可导致肝纤维化、肝硬化甚至肝癌。丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号通路在CHB的发生、发展过程中扮演着关键角色,参与调控细胞增殖、凋亡、炎症反应等多个病理生理过程。中医药治疗CHB具有独特优势,众多研究表明其可通过多靶点、多途径对MAPK信号通路进行调节,从而发挥抗病毒、抗炎、抗肝纤维化等作用。本文将围绕MAPK信号通路的组成、在CHB中的作用机制,以及中医药通过该通路治疗CHB的研究进展展开综述,旨在为CHB的治疗提供新的思路和理论依据。

  Abstract: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a global public health issue that seriously threatens human health. Its pathogenesis is complex, and long-term progression can lead to liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even liver cancer. The mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway plays a critical role in the initiation and progression of chronic hepatitis B (CHB), participating in various pathophysiological processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammatory responses. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers unique advantages in the treatment of CHB. Numerous studies have shown that TCM can regulate the MAPK signaling pathway through multi-target and multi-pathway mechanisms, thereby exerting antiviral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-liver fibrosis effects. This article reviews the composition of the MAPK signaling pathway, its mechanism of action in CHB, and the research progress on the treatment of CHB with TCM via this pathway, aiming to provide new insights and a theoretical basis for the treatment of CHB.
