Shenqi Fuzheng Injection: A Traditional Chinese Medicine Option for Adjunctive Treatment of Pneumonia

• 摘要：肺炎是临床高发的呼吸系统疾病,老年、肿瘤放化疗及重症患者常以气虚、肺脾两虚为核心病机,易出现炎症迁延、免疫低下、肺功能受损、反复感染等问题。参芪扶正注射液由党参、黄芪配伍制成,具有益气扶正、健脾益肺、固本祛邪之功。基于34项临床研究证据显示,参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗放射性肺炎、重症社区获得性肺炎、老年肺炎、免疫检查点抑制剂相关性肺炎、肺癌合并肺炎等气虚型肺炎,能够显著提高临床疗效、抑制炎症风暴、调节免疫功能、改善肺通气与换气、减轻放化疗及激素相关不良反应,安全性良好。本文结合现有研究,系统阐述参芪扶正注射液的组方特点、物质基础、药理机制及临床应用价值,为气虚型肺炎中西医结合治疗提供参考依据。

  Abstract: Pneumonia is a highly prevalent respiratory disease in clinical practice. In elderly patients, patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy for tumors, and critically ill patients, the core pathogenesis is often characterized by qi deficiency and deficiency of both the lung and spleen. These patients are therefore prone to prolonged inflammation, impaired immune function, compromised pulmonary function, and recurrent infections. Shenqi Fuzheng Injection, composed of Codonopsis pilosula and Astragalus membranaceus, exerts the therapeutic effects of replenishing qi and strengthening the body, invigorating the spleen and benefiting the lung, and reinforcing vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factors. Evidence from 34 clinical studies indicates that Shenqi Fuzheng Injection, as an adjuvant therapy for qi-deficiency-type pneumonia—including radiation pneumonitis, severe community-acquired pneumonia, senile pneumonia, immune checkpoint inhibitor-related pneumonitis, and lung cancer complicated by pneumonia—can significantly improve clinical efficacy, suppress inflammatory storms, regulate immune function, improve pulmonary ventilation and gas exchange, and reduce radiochemotherapy- and glucocorticoid-related adverse reactions, with a favorable safety profile. Based on the available evidence, this article systematically summarizes the prescription characteristics, material basis, pharmacological mechanisms, and clinical application value of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection, with the aim of providing a reference for the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of qi-deficiency-type pneumonia.
