Role of External Application of Mirabilite in Perioperative Analgesia and Intestinal Function Improvement in Patients with Pelvic Fractures Based on Inflammation Control

• 摘要：目的：探究芒硝外敷在骨盆骨折围手术期管理中的效果及机制。方法：选取九江市第一人民医院2022年10月~2025年10月收治的104例骨盆骨折手术患者作为研究对象。采用随机分组的方法将患者分为试验组和对照组，每组52例。对照组实施常规围手术期管理，试验组在此基础上加入芒硝外敷，比较两组患者的康复效果。结果：试验组患者术后3d的疼痛评分和肿胀周径差均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间及腹胀评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。试验组患者术后3d的血清C反应蛋白、白细胞计数均低于对照组，胃动素水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者术后不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：在骨盆骨折患者的围手术期管理中辅助芒硝外敷，可起到良好的镇痛消肿及促进胃肠功能恢复的效果，为患者的术后康复打下良好的基础。

  Abstract: Objective:To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of external application of mirabilite in the perioperative management of pelvic fractures.Methods:A total of 104 patients with pelvic fractures who were admitted to Jiujiang First Peoples Hospital between October 2022 and October 2025 were enrolled as study subjects. Using a random grouping method, they were assigned to either the experimental group or the control group, with 52 patients in each. The control group received conventional perioperative management, while the experimental group was supplemented with external application of mirabilite based on the conventional management. The rehabilitation outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:On postoperative day 3, patients in the experimental group exhibited significantly lower pain scores and smaller circumference differences (indicating surgical swelling) compared to those in the control group, with the differences being statistically significant (P < 0.05).The time to bowel sound recovery, time to first flatus, time to first defecation, and abdominal distension scores were all significantly shorter or lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P < 0.05).Furthermore, on postoperative day 3, serum levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cell (WBC) count were significantly lower in the experimental group, while the motilin level was significantly higher, compared to the control group (P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse events between the two groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion:The adjunctive use of mirabilite topical application in the perioperative management of pelvic fracture patients was found to be effective in alleviating pain, reducing swelling, and promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function, thereby establishing a solid foundation for postoperative rehabilitation.
