Research Progress on the Role of Exosomes in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

• 摘要：缺血性脑卒中是一种发病率、致残率和死亡率均较高的脑血管疾病。目前尚无改善卒中后神经功能的有效治疗方法，因此迫切需要开发新的治疗策略以改善患者预后。外泌体是细胞分泌的一类细胞外囊泡，能够穿过血脑屏障并参与细胞间的信息传递。作为细胞通信的重要介质，外泌体在缺血性脑卒中诊疗中的关键作用已被大量文献证实。本文重点综述外泌体在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的作用，旨在为该病的治疗提供更多有效的策略选择。

  Abstract: Ischemic stroke is a type of cerebrovascular disease with high incidence, disability rate,?and mortality. Currently, there is no effective treatment?to?improve neurological function after stroke, so it is urgent to develop new treatment strategies to improve the prognosis of patients. Exosomes are a type of extracellular vesicle?secreted by cells.They?can cross the blood-brain barrier and participate in intercellular?communication. As an important medium of cell communication, the key role of exosomes in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke has been confirmed by?numerous?studies.?Building on their diagnostic?significance, this article focuses on reviewing the role of exosomes in the treatment of ischemic stroke, aiming to provide more effective?treatment?strategies?for?this disease.
