Research on the impact of DRGs-based payment on medical service quality: A visualization analysis using CitNetExplorer

• 摘要：目的：系统梳理DRGs支付模式对医疗服务质量影响领域的研究热点与进展情况。方法：本研究基于Web of Science (WOS)核心合集数据库,利用CitNetExplorer文献计量软件,对1986-2025年10月间收录的206篇相关文献进行引文网络分析与可视化挖掘。结果：针对DRGs支付模式与医疗服务质量影响的研究跨度时间较长,近几年进入快速增长期,当前研究热点可以划分为(1)DRGs支付模式应用于医疗质量评价的研究；(2)DRGs支付模式对医疗服务质量的现实影响效果研究；(3)DRGs支付模式对医疗服务质量的异质性影响研究；(4)DRGs支付模式对医疗服务质量的影响机制与路径研究。未来需要尝试构建多维度分析模型,识别影响政策成效的关键情境因素,同时聚焦核心问题深入解析复杂因果作用机制,为DRGs支付模式的优化与医疗服务质量的提高提供更坚实的理论支撑。

  Abstract: Objective: To systematically sort out the research hotspots and progress in the field of the impact of DRGs payment model on medical service quality. Methods: Based on the Web of Science (WOS) Core Collection database, this study used the CitNetExplorer bibliometric software to conduct citation network analysis and visual mining of 206 relevant literatures published between 1986 and October 2025.Results: Research on the impact of the DRGs payment model on medical service quality has a long time span and has entered a period of rapid growth in recent years. Current research hotspots can be divided into four categories: (1) Research on the application of the DRGs payment model in medical quality evaluation; (2) Research on the actual impact of the DRGs payment model on medical service quality; (3) Research on the heterogeneous impact of the DRGs payment model on medical service quality; (4) Research on the impact mechanism and path of the DRGs payment model on medical service quality. In the future, it is necessary to attempt to construct a multi-dimensional analysis model, identify key contextual factors affecting policy effectiveness, and focus on core issues to deeply analyze complex causal mechanisms, so as to provide more solid theoretical support for the optimization of the DRGs payment model and the improvement of medical service quality.
