Visualization Analysis of Dominant Pediatric Neurological Diseases Treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine

• 摘要：目的 分析中医药治疗儿童脑系疾病的研究概况与热点主题,为后续深入探索提供依据。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文期刊服务平台、中国生物医学文献数据库自2000年1月1日至2025年6月7日收录的中医药治疗儿童脑系疾病的随机对照试验文献，统计发文量，并使用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化分析。结果 经筛选共纳入3747篇文献,年发文量呈波动上升趋势；发文量最高的作者是刘振寰，研究机构为广州中医药大学，但领域内的合作能力不足。关键词分析显示当前研究热点主要集中在抽动障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍、孤独症谱系障碍的治疗及新疗法的应用。结论 中医药治疗儿童脑系疾病研究呈现疗法多样化，临床治疗中展现出较好的应用潜力，未来需加跨机构多中心的交流合作，推动该领域的持续发展。

  Abstract: Objective To analyze the current research status and hotspots in the treatment of pediatric Brain Diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), providing reference for further studies. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on TCM treatment of pediatric encephalopathies published between January 1, 2000, and June 7, 2025, were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform, and China Biology Medicine (CBM) database. The annual publication volume was counted, and CiteSpace software was used to visualize authors, institutions, and keywords. Results A total of 3747 articles were included after screening. The annual number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend overall. The most prolific author was Liu Zhenhuan, and the institution with the highest output was Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. However, collaboration within the field remains insufficient. Keyword analysis indicated that current research hotspots focus mainly on the treatment of tic disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), with sustained interest in these areas. Conclusion Research on TCM treatment of pediatric encephalopathies demonstrates diversified therapeutic approaches and shows promising potential in clinical practice. Future efforts should strengthen cross-institutional, multi-center communication and collaboration to promote sustained development in this field.
