A Preliminary Analysis of Fire Needle Therapy for Yang Reinforcement in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension Based on the Theory of the Governor Vessel as the Sea of Yang Meridians

• 摘要：原发性高血压病是一种以血压升高、头晕为主要特征的慢性心脑血管疾病，属中医学“眩晕”或“头痛”等范畴。王建强副主任医师根据多年临证经验，提出该病核心病机为“脾肾阳虚、寒痰瘀滞”，基于“督脉为阳脉之海”理论采用火针扶阳法治疗，临床收效甚佳。该文结合验案一则，展示该法的临床疗效，以期为火针治疗原发性高血压病提供一种新的临床思路。

  Abstract: Primary hypertension is a chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease characterized by elevated blood pressure and dizziness, falling under the category of “vertigo” or “headache” in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on years of clinical experience, Deputy Chief Physician Wang Jianqiang proposed the core pathogenesis of this condition as “spleen-kidney yang deficiency with cold-phlegm and blood stasis.” Guided by the theory that “the Governor Vessel is the sea of yang meridians,” he employs the fire needle yang-supporting method in treatment, achieving excellent clinical outcomes. This article presents a case study to demonstrate the clinical efficacy of this approach, aiming to offer a new clinical perspective on the use of fire needle therapy for primary hypertension.
