Research Progress on the Construction of Nursing Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges

• 摘要：本文阐述了护理专业群理论基础，其建设依据产教融合、协同育人、终身教育理论。剖析了护理专业群建设现状，包括课程体系构建、师资队伍建设和人才培养模式。当前高职护理专业群建设存在课程体系不完善、师资队伍建设缺陷、人才培养模式缺乏创新等问题。需立足高职“技术技能导向”定位，完善课程体系，加强师资队伍建设，创新人才培养模式等，为高职护理专业群建设提供系统且具针对性的指引。

  Abstract: This article elaborates on the theoretical basis of the nursing professional group, which is based on the theories of industry-academia integration, collaborative education, and lifelong education. It analyzes the current status of the construction of the nursing professional group, including the construction of the curriculum system, the construction of the teaching staff, and the training model. Currently, the construction of the higher vocational nursing professional group has problems such as an incomplete curriculum system, deficiencies in the construction of the teaching staff, and a lack of innovation in the training model. It is necessary to base on the positioning of technical and skill-oriented in higher vocational education, improve the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, and innovate the training model, in order to provide systematic and targeted guidance for the construction of the higher vocational nursing professional group.
