• 摘要：精索静脉曲张是男性常见生殖系统疾病,临床表现为阴囊疼痛和精液异常,其中精索静脉曲张所致疼痛,较为多见,属中医“精瘤”的范畴。本文章以“痞坚之处，必有伏阳”理论探讨精曲的中医辨证，“伏阳”为因，痰湿、血瘀形成的“痞坚”为果，确立“通阳调气以活血化瘀，助阳化气以燥湿化痰，疏阳行气以清热利湿”的综合治法，对临床治疗有一定的指导作用。

  Abstract: Varicocele is a prevalent male reproductive system disorder, clinically manifested as scrotal pain and abnormal semen parameters. The pain associated with varicocele, which falls under the category of Jing Liu (sperm tumor) in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is particularly common. This study innovatively applies the TCM theory stating that where there is stagnation and hardness, there must be latent yang to treat varicocele-related pain. It posits that impaired yang qi functionality resulting in latent yang is the cause, while phlegm-dampness and blood stasis forming stagnation and hardness are the effects. Based on this rationale, a comprehensive therapeutic approach has been established: activating yang to regulate qi for promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis, reinforcing yang to transform qi for drying dampness and eliminating phlegm, and dispersing yang to move qi for clearing heat and draining dampness. This provides novel clinical insights into TCM treatment for varicocele pain.
