The Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment for Radiation-induced Vaginal Injury Based on Theory of Evil Hidden in Moyuan

• 摘要：放射性阴道损伤常见于妇科恶性肿瘤患者接受放疗后，与接受后装的患者呈明显的相关性，在接受放疗后一段时间才表现出相应的症状，此类延迟性发病与现代中医学中“邪伏膜原”的病因病机相吻合。本文从探讨“邪伏膜原”理论出发，根据伏火之盛衰从三期进行辩证论治，以泻火解毒、利湿散瘀为主要治则，重视疏肝治法的应用，旨在扶正透邪，以期为临床提供新的诊疗思路。

  Abstract: In recent years, radiation-induced vaginal injury is common in cervical cancer patients after receiving radiotherapy, especially with patients who receive post-loading, and its onset time is often not in clinical treatment, and some patients only show corresponding symptoms after receiving radiotherapy, which is consistent with the etiology and pathogenesis of evil hidden in Moyuan in modern traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the discussion of the theory of evil hidden in Moyuan , this paper divides radiation-induced vaginal injury into three stages according to different pathogenesis according to the rise and fall of the hidden pathogen, and divides it into three stages: acute stage, chronic stage and recovery stage, in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical practice.
