Abstract: Objective: To analyze the trend of epidemiological characteristics of cervical cancer inpatients in a tertiary hospital in Qinghai from 2018-2023, and to provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention and treatment strategies for cervical cancer in Qinghai Province. Methods: The clinicopathological data of cervical cancer patients admitted to a hospital for the first time diagnosed and hospitalized from January 2018 to December 2023 were collected, and the data were analyzed using the trend chi-square test to retrospectively analyze the clinical characteristics of cervical cancer hospitalized patients such as the number of cases, age at diagnosis, clinical stage and their changing trends in the past 6 years in this hospital. Results: A total of 1,462 cervical cancer inpatients were enrolled, and the distribution of household registration was mainly concentrated in the eastern part of Qinghai, among which the largest number of cases was 442 in Xining City, followed by 386 cases in Haidong City; t
