Abstract: This paper reviews the risk factors and the current research status of prediction models for hypoproteinemia in orthopedic inpatients, compares the validation methods of prediction models and the predictive performance among various models, aiming to provide reference for constructing risk prediction models with higher accuracy, interpretability and clinical practicability, and offer more reliable basis for achieving early and precise intervention for orthopedic inpatients and improving their prognosis.
