    Abstract: Objective : To explore the excavation of ideological and political elements in the course of acute ischemic stroke teaching and the quality shaping of great medical sincerity. Methods : 30 students in the first aid orientation class of clinical undergraduate of Capital Medical University in 2021 were selected as the research group, and 30 students in the first aid orientation class of clinical undergraduate of Capital Medical University in 2019 were selected as the control group. The interns in the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the interns in the study group adopted the micro-course teaching mode integrated with the ideological and political concept of the course. The assessment results, emergency response ability, risk identification ability and critical thinking ability of the two groups of interns were compared.Results : The scores of theoretical knowledge and emergency operation skills of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The emergency response ability of interns in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). After education, the scores of medical skills and medical ethics of interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The micro-course teaching mode integrating the ideological and political concept of the course in the teaching of acute ischemic stroke has significantly improved the comprehensive ability of interns. Through the refined micro-course content, interns can effectively master professional knowledge, improve assessment results, and strengthen emergency response capabilities. This teaching mode not only improves the clinical skills of interns, but also shapes their sense of professional responsibility and humanistic care, which lays a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
