Abstract: Purpose/ Significance To investigate and evaluate the achievement of core indicators of the provincial coordinated regional infectious disease surveillance, early warning and emergency command information platform in 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps across the country during 2023-2024, providing references for the in-depth and continuous promotion of the platform construction or improvement. Method/ Process Evaluation indicators were set according to the core tasks, and the completion status was collected through a customized online questionnaire. Result/ Conclusion There are regional differences in the implementation progress of the construction and improvement of the provincial coordinated regional infectious disease surveillance, early warning and emergency command information platform. 88.89% (8/9), 70% (7/10), and 69.23% (9/13) of the provincial CDCs in the eastern, central, and western regions have initiated the implementation work respectively. The average real-time video connection rate of the three-level infectious disease emergency teams at the provincial, municipal and county levels across the country reached 73.03% (2478/3393), with relatively significant effects. Each provincial CDC still needs to recognize its weaknesses, enhance communication, innovate applications, and strengthen management to promote the high-quality development of infectious disease surveillance, early warning and emergency command empowered by digital intelligence.
