Top level design of Beijing smart pre-hospital medical emergency information platform

Abstract: Objective To formulate the top-level design of smart first aid platform suitable for the development of pre-hospital medical emergency system in Beijing, so as to provide reference for pre-hospital emergency information construction. Methods The research group visited the pre-hospital emergency center, sub center, emergency station and in hospital emergency. Through interviews, the research team deeply understood the current situation of emergency information in Beijing, analyzed user needs, and built the top-level design of intelligent pre-hospital medical emergency information platform. Results The top-level design included the overall architecture, data architecture and support platform, and put forward the system function planning around the seven major emergency functions, such as dispatching command, medical service, emergency support, decision-making management, and public service, providing solid information support for the high-quality development of the pre-hospital medical emergency system.
