Abstract: Purpose/Significance With the continuous promotion of the construction of a healthy China, the information construction in the field of prehospital emergency care is also continuously strengthened. Through the in-depth combination of 5G and prehospital emergency care scenarios, the informatization level of prehospital emergency care is improved, and the efficiency of inter-hospital business collaboration is improved.Method/Process By analyzing the pain points and contradictions of prehospital emergency care, the intelligent prehospital emergency care plan based on 5G private network is elaborated according to the three-layer architecture of network layer, platform layer and application layer, and the implementation method of 5G intelligent emergency private network, the reconstruction and implementation method of the emergency platform based on 5G intelligent ambulance, and the application mode of 5G intelligent prehospital emergency care scene are proposed.Results/Conclusion Based on 5G technology, real-time transmission of medical equipment monitoring information, high-definition audio and video images, and the construction of 5G intelligent prehospital emergency care between emergency personnel, ambulances, emergency command centers.
