Research and implementation on intelligent prehospital emergency care based on 5G private network

• 摘要：目的/意义伴随着健康中国建设工作的不断推进，院前急救领域的信息化建设也在持续加强。研究5G技术与院前急救场景的深度结合，提高院前急救信息化水平，提高院前院间院内业务协同效率。方法/过程通过分析院前急救业务痛点矛盾，按照网络层、平台层、应用层三层架构阐述基于5G专网的智能院前急救方案，提出5G智能急救专网实现方法、基于5G智能急救车的急救平台改造实现方法、5G智能院前急救场景应用模式等。结果/结论基于5G技术实时传输医疗设备信息、高清音视频画面，在急救人员、救护车、应急指挥中心、医院之间构建5G智能院前急救，相较传统模式可改善患者就医体验，提高就医效率、优化服务流程。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance With the continuous promotion of the construction of a healthy China, the information construction in the field of prehospital emergency care is also continuously strengthened. Through the in-depth combination of 5G and prehospital emergency care scenarios, the informatization level of prehospital emergency care is improved, and the efficiency of inter-hospital business collaboration is improved.Method/Process By analyzing the pain points and contradictions of prehospital emergency care, the intelligent prehospital emergency care plan based on 5G private network is elaborated according to the three-layer architecture of network layer, platform layer and application layer, and the implementation method of 5G intelligent emergency private network, the reconstruction and implementation method of the emergency platform based on 5G intelligent ambulance, and the application mode of 5G intelligent prehospital emergency care scene are proposed.Results/Conclusion Based on 5G technology, real-time transmission of medical equipment monitoring information, high-definition audio and video images, and the construction of 5G intelligent prehospital emergency care between emergency personnel, ambulances, emergency command centers.
