Age, education level, marital status and disposable income were the main influencing factors of health literacy of floating population (P<0.01). The number of floating population who had received health education on infectious diseases was more (91.81%), but the types of health education on infectious diseases were less (66.89%, < 5 kinds). The most important way to receive health education on infectious diseases was through mobile phone wechat, SMS, etc. (65.56%). Conclusion The overall level of infectious disease health literacy of the floating population in Henan Province is low, the acceptance of infectious disease health education is not comprehensive enough, and the level of infectious disease knowledge affects their behavior.
