Application and Practice of Data Supervises Business Based on the Comprehensive Management Platform of Disease Control and Prevention

    Abstract: Since 2019, Shanghai has envisioned monitoring the entire region on a single screen and governing the whole city through a unified network. Accordingly, it has formulated and rolled out the 1+1+3+3 policy framework for digital transformation. Against the digital transformation backdrop, the Shanghai Center for Disease Control and Prevention integrates and utilizes big data. Using visualization technology, it builds the Shanghai Disease Control Comprehensive Management Platform. This platform visualizes seven major business indicators in the three - level management network, drives disease control management towardsdigitization and intelligentization , and offers a practical case for data supervision applications.This paper explores the application value and achievements of the data supervision business based on the management platform. It aims to activate disease control data at the technical level, provide experience and results for the application of the data supervision business at the policy and practical levels, and further explore new paths for data - driven business development. Method:In this paper, the method of statistical standard number rate is adopted to calculate the accuracy of business data, proving that one of the application achievements of the data supervision business is to strengthen the quality of data collection in primary medical institutions. One of the application achievements of the data supervision business obtained by adopting the questionnaire survey method is that the data supervision business has gradually formed a new form of business assessment.Conclusion: The application practice of the data supervision business based on the comprehensive disease control management platform will provide new paths and practical experience for the future in - depth analysis of business trends, data integration and sharing, and empowering the operation supervision of disease control.
