Abstract: Abstract Purpose/Significance To accurately identify the demand for elderly care services and provide a reference for adjusting the supply of elderly care services. Method/Process 1624 demand text data were collected on the network platform by octopus collector, and the K-means algorithm was used for cluster analysis to determine the optimal number of clusters. Combined with the results of word cloud analysis, various pension needs are accurately identified. Result/Conclusion The demand for elderly care services was divided into five categories: medical care, life care, preventive health care, spiritual comfort, and environmental safety. In order to meet the needs of the elderly, it is necessary for the government, social organizations, medical institutions and pension institutions to classify and integrate the existing multi-party resources, and jointly create a comprehensive and multi-level pension service system through policy guidance, professional training, social mobilization and other means.
