Analyzes the influencing factors and status of rural residents medical and health short video obtainment

  Abstract: Objective To provide a scientific basis for rural residents accurate health information service,it analyzes the influencing factors and status of medical and health short video obtainment.Methods It adopts multi-stage stratified sampling method, conducts a questionnaire survey on rural residents in Shanxi province, and uses multi-level regression analysis methods to explore the influencing factors of the obtainment of medical and health short video information.Result It? finds that rural residents have a higher frequency of browsing short videos, while medical and health short videos are less visited and obtained.Rural residents with good health conditions are more proactive in obtainment? medical and health short video information .(r=0.356,p<0.001,F=175.197);Health information value has a positive promoting effect on the active obtainment of medical and health short video information(r=0.219,p<0.001,F=57.659);The rural residents with poor health status to obtain medical and health short video information has improved under the moderation of health information value(r=0.167,p<0.001,F=105.660).Health information usability plays a key role(r=0.432,p<0.001).Discussion? Local governments, public health institutions, hospitals should formulate the diversified intervention measures of health promotion , strengthen health literacy education for rural residents in underdeveloped areas, and promote the obtainment and utilization of medical and health short video information.
