Abstract: Objective: By investigating the preference of doctors to carry out Internet medical treatment, this paper discusses the factors influencing doctors to carry out Internet medical treatment, in order to provide reference for the development and improvement of Internet medical treatment. Methods: Based on the discrete choice experiment method, 494 doctors in public hospitals across the country were investigated. Five attributes of service time, service mode, service mode, service item and service charge were determined by consulting literature and expert consultation, and eight selection sets were determined by orthogonal experimental design. The data were collected by online questionnaire, and the obtained data were analyzed by conditional logistic regression. Results: Compared with online outpatient scheduling, doctors prefer fragmented time service; Compared with the graphic service, doctors are not willing to conduct Internet diagnosis and treatment by video; Doctors are more willing to consult with patients in other hospitals than those in other hospitals, the probability of choosing consultation was 1.09 times that of choosing patients from other hospitals; Compared with the service charge lower than that of offline outpatient service, doctors prefer to keep the service charge equal to that of offline outpatient service or higher than offline outpatient service. Conclusion: Time of service is the most important attribute for doctors to conduct Internet diagnosis and treatment. It is suggested to innovate compensation incentive mechanism by using various ways and methods. Protect the privacy of doctors and pay more attention to patients; We will accelerate the construction of a policy guarantee system for price management of Internet medical services.
