Abstract: Under the background of New Digital Gap, with the wide application of information technology in the field of medical and health care, the requirements for medical staff`s information literacy are becoming more and more important. Methods: this paper analysis medical information literacy in China and abroad by bibliometrics. By using the method of mind mapping, this paper constructs a service thinking network to improve the information literacy of medical staff and summarizes four representative library service innovation schemes. Conclusion: due to the particularity of their work, medical staff has high requirements for the level of information literacy. Libraries should carry out targeted clinicians accurate information literacy education from the elements of accurate construction of educational teams, accurate positioning of educational objects, accurate docking of service channels and accurate design of service contents, So as to improve the information literacy level of medical staff and provide better services for patients.
