Abstract: Objective:Realize the closed-loop management of medical orders for specialist outpatient examinations, optimize the patient treatment process in specialist outpatient clinics, alleviate the contradiction between the needs of hospital informatization construction and the efficiency of doctors diagnosis and treatment, and promote the paperless construction of hospitals.Method:Based on the ophthalmology PACS, the outpatient ophthalmology vision and intraocular pressure examination were redesigned to see the medical process. Through the interface, the ophthalmology PACS, HIS, the hospital integration platform, and outpatient electronic medical records were connected, and the process optimization and the closed-loop transformation of doctors orders were completed. Randomly select 3000 data from each patient before and after the transformation program is launched for statistical analysis.Result:After two-sample rank sum test analysis, the p-value is less than 0.05, which is statistically significant, indicating that there is a difference in the time it takes for doctors to complete a patients diagnosis and treatment before and after going online.Conclusion:Through process design optimization, the information collection and centralized storage of ophthalmic vision and intraocular pressure data are realized, which optimizes the patient specialist outpatient clinic process, improves the efficiency of medical staff, realizes closed-loop management of medical orders, promotes the paperless process, and lays data for the establishment of predictive models Basically, promote the integrated construction of clinical scientific research.
