Abstract: Purpose/SignificanceTo address the fragmentation of hospital information systems, the disconnect between online and offline services, and data security risks, a unified and efficient Internet hospital platform is developed to promote the digital transformation of healthcare services.Method/ProcessBased on a three-tier architecture comprising the business middle platform, technical support middle platform, and unified portal, the platform employs a microservices design to achieve integrated online and offline services. A comprehensive security framework is implemented across terminal, application, system, network, and physical layers to ensure the security of medical data and system stability.Result/ConclusionThis architecture, while enabling a unified patient entry point and an integrated online–offline clinical workflow, enhances data security and compliance through a multi-layered security framework and identity authentication system, and can serve as a technical pathway supporting the standardized operation of internet-based medical services and the sustainable development of smart hospitals.
