Discussion on the role of network security platform based on SDN architecture in hospital cloud computing security protection

    Abstract: AbstractThere are deficiencies in the current security protection of hospital cloud computing, such as insufficient business agility, invisible east-west traffic, slow down business security, and insufficient audit granularity. To solve these problems and improve the security performance of hospital cloud computing data center networks, a network security platform based on Software Defined Networking (SDN) architecture is constructed, which is linked with intrusion detection systems to form an active defense system. This network security platform can compensate for the shortcomings of SDN firewalls, effectively identify and block malicious traffic, play an active defense role, and achieve security protection for hospital cloud computing.
