Abstract: Purpose/Significance To address the challenges of data silos, privacy security risks, and lack of trust in cross-institutional collaboration of medical scientific data, this study aims to construct a trustworthy and traceable model for data circulation and management. Method/Process A trusted traceability framework integrating consortium blockchain, the PROV model, and the FHIR standard is proposed. Through a layered architecture design, a full-chain traceability system covering data processing, blockchain-based certification, smart contract execution, and cross-chain interoperability is developed to enable standardized representation, fine-grained privacy protection, and verifiable circulation of medical scientific data. Results/Conclusion: The proposed method supports data certification, authorization auditing, and integrity verification, providing a feasible technical path for cross-institutional data governance and trustworthy collaboration.
