Abstract: Purpose/Significance: With the rapidly increasing demand for physical examinations, standardized examination schemes are becoming inadequate to accommodate individuals’ heterogeneity in physiological characteristics, lifestyle patterns, and regional contexts. To improve the adaptability of examination schemes, this study introduces a recommendation method that integrates individual health portraits with regional risk portraits. Method/Process First, an individual health portrait encompassing basic static physiological information, personal dynamic information, and health goal information is established. Meanwhile, a regional risk portrait is generated based on dietary habits, climate, and regional static characteristics. Second, individual and regional disease-risk matching are performed separately using a preset disease correlation matrix, yielding the set of high-risk diseases and their associated priorities. Finally, based on the relationship between disease-examination items and physical examination sub-items, their rankings and price details are generated to formulate a personalized physical examination scheme. Result/Conclusion The system constructs a complete process from multi-source feature collection and risk assessment to physical examination item recommendation, aiming to enhance the effectiveness of early disease screening through personalized physical examination schemes.
