Abstract: Dynamic and static combination is the core treatment principle of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine, and its theory is developed around the coordinated relationship between bone and tendon. Distal radius fracture in children is a common upper limb fracture in children. At present, there are some difficulties in the treatment of distal radius fracture in children, such as long-term braking after Western medicine reduction, lack of uniform standards for traditional manual reduction of traditional Chinese medicine, and difficulty in adapting postoperative rehabilitation programs to individual differences, which may lead to problems such as limited wrist activity and delayed bone healing. Based on modern clinical evidence, this paper discusses the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in children s distal radius fractures based on this theory from four aspects : theoretical traceability, treatment status and dilemma of distal radius fractures in children, scientific demonstration and clinical application. The purpose of this paper is to enrich the practical connotation of the theory of dynamic and static combination, and to provide theoretical reference for the standardized treatment of distal radius fractures in children with traditional Chinese medicine.
